The title of the conference should be something like YOUR SCHOOL in affiliation with LUMUN Presents YOURMUN.

LUMUN Will Provide:

  • 6 Committee Co-Chairs  
  • An exclusive Secretariat workshop for Chairs & Asst. Chairs 
  •  Logistical consultation to make your conference as successful as possible  
  • Publicity for YourMUN through Facebook, LUMUN website update list, YourMUN Logo on LUMUN website affiliate page 
  • Preference will be given to  YourMUN to bring their 2nd team at Annual LUMUN Conference  
  • A Page in LUMUN Delegate Guidebook at Subsidised rates for Publicity purposes ( Target audience of 1200 MUN Delegates in Pakistan) 
  • LUMUN Rules of Procedure to be fully adopted by Affiliate MUN

Furthermore, our co-chairs will provide as much help as possible in the preparation of committee topics and will guide in the preparation of the study guide. 

Before the conference and during the conference we wil provide logistical consultation in order to overcome any potential hitches or to smoothen the conference as much as possible.  

In return LUMUN would like the following things:  

  • Title for LGSMUN alongwith LUMUN logo ( as suggested above). It should be mentioned that LGSMUN is being held in affiliation with LUMUN. It should be there on the banners, posters, website etc. and the LUMUN Logo should be there on all such publicity materials.( will send you LUMUN logo whenever you want)  
  • Publicity for Eurasia MUN (to be held in Geneva in Summer 2009 in affiliation with GIMUN)  
  • LUMUN Social Responsibility Program. We would want to show the NGO videos as were shown at LUMUN 2008, and would also like to make volunteer list. Basically its a list of ppl who volunteer to help the specific NGO’s in their programs. A seminar/workshop to be held from any one NGO who are our partners ( Care foundation, Kashf foundation) 
  • Efforts of LUMUN to be applauded to start Affiliation program and publicity for LUMUN in general.
